All products must be returned in their original condition (never worn and never washed, with original tags attached) and in original packaging. Boot boxes must also be in original condition, so please put them in another box or outer packaging for return shipment. Useless thing… Rather useful only if the bottom of the mug or other dishes is absolutely even! Now look at all your mugs and decide whether you need to spend money on this "heating pad". Very much heated the whole surface, including the lower part and, accordingly, heats up strongly the surface of the table (((This device looks decent and well packed. Only for this put two stars.

This is a really nice addition to my work from home desk; it was shipped rather quickly and got here in good shape. I would highly recommend the purchase; however please keep in mind that it doesn’t keep the coffee super warm.

Keep drink (very) warm not hot, very nice drinking temperature for tea. The two modes work well. The case itself does not get too hot (1 hour testing so far with red high heat), but you cannot hold the metal too long and the desk under the heating plate also gets heated as well over time. If you have sensitive surface maybe ad heat resistant layer (not on the heater it will overheat). I recommend.

Delivery to Moscow 19 days. The product corresponds to the description and arrived without damage. It reached Moscow very quickly ~ 2 weeks. Heats as stated, but on a weak mode (blue color) slightly cracks (apparently due to PWM adjustment), but very weak, in the office probably do not hear.

Working in office, my coffee and tea were always cold. (Careful the top is hot really quickly, but it works just fine)
Also loved the choice of delivery, they sent it not to post office but through different parcel called zasilkovna here in czechia, which is way faster than official post office.

Very fast delivery. When works in blue mode it makes noise, when works in red mode its silent. Heat effect despite it requires connection to a power outlet – weak, so im not sure that i can recommend this warmer

It works and seems very decently made. It produces a faint noise when it’s on.

It doesn't heat too much. After an hour on it has heated something half a cup of milk in a ceramic cup. I'll try it with finer containers to see how it goes.
