All products must be returned in their original condition (never worn and never washed, with original tags attached) and in original packaging. Boot boxes must also be in original condition, so please put them in another box or outer packaging for return shipment. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange of merchandise that does not meet these requirements. Refused merchandise will be sent back to the customer. Clearance items are not accepted as returns under any circumstances. Returns and exchanges may take up to 5 business days to be processed once received. Very nice damage it's too big, I wear 38 but I order 7,5 instead of 6, I recommend, delivery almost 3 weeks

Nothing to do with the photo the material is not brilliant. Maybe an error of the received model. Part of the strap took off the shoe barely unpacked. I don't recommend it.

Sandals came in a month. Track is tracked at every stage. Size I wear 37, but I ordered 38 and just turned out to be. But I did not like the quality and color, very different from the photo presented by the seller.
