All products must be returned in their original condition (never worn and never washed, with original tags attached) and in original packaging. Boot boxes must also be in original condition, so please put them in another box or outer packaging for return shipment. Clearance items are not accepted as returns under any circumstances. Returns and exchanges may take up to 5 business days to be processed once received. I love this charger! I got it for my office desk as my regular charger falls off all the time and I have to hunt for cables on the floor. not anymore! This charger looks cute and it charges my phone and watch and airpods perfectly. it’s not a fast charge but as I’m usually at my desk working for a while, it’s not an inconvenience.
only issue I have with it is that it’s quite light, and the magnet for the phone is quite strong – not a bad thing to have a strong magnet by any means! – but what happens is that it’s not easy to take your phone off the charge with one hand, because the base gets lifted up too. you have to hold the base down with your other hand or do what I did, and fix the issue with a little double-sided tape to hold the charger base to the table. now it’s perfect
shipping was super fast! placed order 08/12 and was in my hands by 15/12. super happy 🙂
