All products must be returned in their original condition (never worn and never washed, with original tags attached) and in original packaging. Boot boxes must also be in original condition, so please put them in another box or outer packaging for return shipment. Clearance items are not accepted as returns under any circumstances. Returns and exchanges may take up to 5 business days to be processed once received. If I could leave zero I would. Scammed out of nearly £150 after receiving damaged goods and told to return under one free return label. They received the good and refused to refund me for all items because I ddnt enter tracking number of each bag even though they ddnt tell me so. Ali express refused me a refund because I no longer have receipt even though they received the package and had tracking number. Now I have opened a fraud case to get my money back with my bank. Disgraceful. They have all the returns but are keeping my money.
