All products must be returned in their original condition (never worn and never washed, with original tags attached) and in original packaging. Boot boxes must also be in original condition, so please put them in another box or outer packaging for return shipment. A good mug, pleasant to the touch and in appearance. Heavy only. Judging by the weight it's either clay or faience. The painting is not hand-painted, decal. As in my eye, the price for such a material and a high-temperature sticker is too big. But done well. The packaging was great. No complaints.
