All products must be returned in their original condition (never worn and never washed, with original tags attached) and in original packaging. Boot boxes must also be in original condition, so please put them in another box or outer packaging for return shipment. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange of merchandise that does not meet these requirements. Refused merchandise will be sent back to the customer. Clearance items are not accepted as returns under any circumstances. Returns and exchanges may take up to 5 business days to be processed once received. The seller was able to send the black (correct color) but not the brown one. Instead of cancelling my order, she /he sent me the wrong color(red bag). The bag isnt bad but THATS NOT THE COLOR I ORDERED. Don’t want to return because it’s not worth returning. PLEASE SENT ITEMS THAT ARE ORDERed not items that are available.

Сумочка шикарна!!! Відповідає опису!! В середині був надувний пакунок, щоб не було заломів. Гарно упакована. Єдине, що омрачило радість від отримання це дуже глибока подряпина на канті сумки((на фото вона виглядає набагато менше) дуже сподіваюсь, що вона не полізе далі і не буде репатись🙏якщо на це закрити очі, то сумка приятна на дотик, шви рівні, прошита якісно. В додаток йде ще два ріменця, один коротший, один длінший. Не дивлячись на свою смуту( я гадаю це просто виняток) я рекомендую як товар так і продавця!!!

this is a very nice quality bag for the price. it looks exactly like the picture and it comes with a short and long strap if you want to wear it crossbody. only critique is that the strap could be just a tad thicker
