We Offer Return / Refund For US,AU,UK,EU as per policy outlined below . All products must be returned in their original condition (never worn and never washed, with original tags attached) and in original packaging. Boot boxes must also be in original condition, so please put them in another box or outer packaging for return shipment. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange of merchandise that does not meet these requirements. Refused merchandise will be sent back to the customer. Clearance items are not accepted as returns under any circumstances. Returns and exchanges may take up to 5 business days to be processed once received. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please send all queries to: support@coomat.com Our return window is 10 days. This begins on the day that the product was received by the customer and ends on the day that the customer ships the product back to us. We do not accept returns after 10 days under any circumstances. Shipping fast. The coffee grinder looks great. The battery is charged. One significant drawback.-low performance. With full loading, with the largest grinding, it managed for 10-12 minutes. But if you do not take this into account, then the thing is quite suitable.

Has capacity for over 50g grain, the noise of motor is average and the grinding speed is a little slow, it took about 3 minutes to grind 16g grain, and Not 100% homogeneous, but to not exist other ceramic grinder electric in that price range and it meets the function that proposes a price that believe is fair
